Ana is a Managing Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar.
Ana holds an LLB in Law from the University of Bucharest – Faculty of Law (2007), a LLB in Law from the French-Romanian Judicial College for European Studies, Pantheon Sorbonne Paris I (2006) and an LLM in Judicial Career from the University of Bucharest – Faculty of Law (2008).
Ana’s practice mainly covers tax litigation and advice. Her extensive professional experience consists in providing legal assistance and representation in various tax, administrative, civil and commercial matters, as well as in domestic and international arbitration.
Ana is proficient in English, French and Romanian.
