Anca is a Senior Associate at Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2011. She has a law degree and a master's degree in Judicial Career from the University of Bucharest.
Before joining Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL, Anca was an in-house lawyer at one of the largest publishing houses in Romania and a senior lawyer at a reputable local law firm.
Anca's areas of expertise include public procurement, EU-funded projects, and commercial and corporate law. She is fluent in English and Romanian and has a working knowledge of French.
