Andreea is a Senior Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2018.
Andreea graduated the Faculty of Law of the Bucharest University as well as the master's courses in Public International Law organized by the same University.
Before joining Băncilă, Diaconu și și Asociații SPRL, she collaborated with law firms that offer both legal advisory services and assistance and representation before Romanian courts, on civil and commercial law issues.
Her experience includes providing legal advice in areas such as corporate and commercial law, public procurement, structuring and implementing projects financed by European funds and state aid, compliance and corporate governance, as well as the authorization of nuclear activities.
Andreea was also involved in projects that focused on labor law issues, providing legal advice to important entities in the energy field.
Andreea speaks English and Romanian.
