Carmen is an Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar since April 2022.
Carmen has graduated the Faculty of Law, Babes-Bolyai University from Cluj – Napoca in 2020. She also holds a Master of Law (LLM) in Private Law from the University of Bucharest.
Prior to joining Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL, she collaborated with a local law firm that offers both legal consulting (i.e., in commercial and corporate matters) services as well as assistance and representation before the Romanian courts, regarding commercial law
Carmen offers legal advice on corporate and commercial law. She is also involved in mergers and acquisition (M&A) projects, preparing “due diligence” reports and providing assistance in drafting the necessary transaction documents.
Her experience also includes representing clients in court.
Carmen is fluent in English and Romanian.
