Claudia is a lawyer with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar.
Claudia graduated from the Faculty of Law, Bucharest University, in 2014. She holds a Master of Law (LLM) in International and Comparative Private Law from the University of Groningen (the Netherlands) and a Master of Laws in International Arbitration from the University of Bucharest.
Before joining Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL, Claudia was a lawyer with Clifford Chance Badea SPRL.
Claudia has as primary focus the corporate law projects (both M&A and advisory work), employment law and data protection.
She is involved in due diligence projects, provides assistance with preparation of transactional documentation and advises clients on both specific issues which occur in the context of the transactions and with matters incurred in the normal course of business.
Claudia speaks English and Romanian and has a working knowledge of French.
