Elena is a Senior Associate at Băncilă, Diaconu si Asociatii SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2019.
Elena graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest and attended the courses of Private Law Master Program at the same University. Before joining the Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL team she collaborated with a local law firm that offers both legal consulting services as well as assistance and representation before the Romanian courts, regarding labor law and commercial law.
Elena provides legal assistance on labor law issues, being involved in drafting individual and collective employment agreements, performance of disciplinary actions, providing legal assistance related to the transfer of employees in the context of restructuring projects, due diligence exercises as well as providing day-to-day legal advice.
Her experience also includes representing clients in court in labor law litigations.
Elena is fluent in English and Romanian.
