Rareș is a Senior Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar (part of the National Union of Romanian Bar Associations).
Rareș holds an LL.B from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, Faculty of Law. Prior to joining Băncila, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL, Rareș was an associate with a highly ranked regional law firm.
Rareș is mainly involved in corporate and commercial matters, assisting clients on corporate and regulatory matters in very diverse transactions, including cross-border projects, being adept in conducting due diligence investigations, negotiating and drafting agreements, and facilitating the closing process. Rares also offers legal assistance on various commercial matters in various business sectors.
Rares is fluent in English and Romanian.
