Government Decision for the approval of the gross minimum base salary to be paid at the national level

• The Government Decision no. 846 of 29 November 2017 was published in the Official Gazette no. 950 of 29 November 2017

As of 1 January 2018, the gross minimum base salary to be paid at the national level is of RON 1,900 per month.

This amount is establish as cash payment and does not include allowances or other incentives.

The value of the gross minimum base salary to be paid at the national level takes into consideration a full time working schedule of 166.666 hours, on average, per month, for 2018, representing RON 11.40/ hour.
