Advising on all employment law issues arising in the course of transactions and reorganizations: due diligence, transfer of employees, collective dismissals, trade union consultations
Preparing, negotiating and implementing employment contracts and management agreements
Advising on day-to-day employment matters (e.g., hiring procedure, internal regulations, employment termination, collective negotiations, disciplinary procedures, work health & safety matters)
Advice on employees’ international mobility, drafting assignment contracts and guidelines
