Starting with March 1st 2022, the majority of the taxpayers will have the obligation (and not the option) to send all the requests, declarations and documents to the tax authorities via ANAF’s dedicated Virtual Private Space (SPV).
The documents which will not be sent electronically to ANAF will not be taken into account by the tax authorities with all the consequences which derive from such sanction. Therefore, by March 1st 2022, the taxpayers must enroll into the SPV and familiarize themselves with the platform in order to fulfil their obligations following this date.
