Adriana is an Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2024.
Adriana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Bucharest – Faculty of Law (2022), as well as a Master’s Degree in Private Law from the University of Bucharest.
Adriana is mainly involved in energy and natural resources projects, conducting, inter alia, due diligence reports, specific regulatory analysis, drafting and reviewing complex contracts. She also offers legal advice on environmental and other permitting matters.
Adriana speaks Romanian, English and French.
