Alexandra is a Senior Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar.
Alexandra holds a Bachelor Degree in Law (2012) and an LLM in Judicial Career (2013) with the Bucharest University – Faculty of Law. She also holds an LLB (2011) and an LLM (2013) in European and International Business Law, both awarded by French–Romanian Law College of European Studies, Paris I Pantheon–Sorbonne, France.
Prior to joining Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL, Alexandra collaborated with a national prestigious law firm in Bucharest for more than 5 years.
Alexandra is mainly involved in dispute resolution and tax controversy. She has previously represented clients in various litigations related to commercial and contract law, tax and corporate-related matters, including international and local arbitration and enforcement of arbitration awards.
Alexandra speaks English, French and Romanian.
