Alexandra is an Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2021.
Alexandra has graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, in 2021.
Alexandra provides legal advice in the following main areas: corporate and commercial law, M&A, compliance & corporate governance, labor law.
Her experience includes preparing due diligence reports, reviewing commercial contracts and drafting the corporate documents necessary in the context of a transaction. Alexandra also offers legal assistance on labor law matters, as well as regulatory and compliance advice in various business sectors.
