Alexandra is an Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2021.
Alexandra has graduated the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, in 2021.
Alexandra provides banking and finance legal advice. Her experience also includes preparing due diligence reports in the context of mergers and acquisition (M&A) projects and providing legal assistance in respect of corporate and commercial matters.
She speaks Romanian, English and French.
