Alexandra is a Managing Associate at Băncila, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and member of the Bucharest Bar Association.

Background:

Alexandra graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Bucharest University and attended the courses of the Public Procurement, Concessions, Public Private Partnership Master Program organized by the same University.

Skills and professional experience:

Alexandra is a member the real estate department and works alongside the coordinating partner in managing the real estate projects. She provides legal assistance to various international and local real estate developers on all stages of their projects, starting with the legal due diligence process, structuring the transaction, drafting and negotiating the entire transaction documentation and continuing with various post-transactional matters. She also provides legal advice on leasing and operational aspects, as well as on aspects of corporate and commercial law.

A selection of Alexandra’s most recent credentials includes:

• Assisting Visionapartments in the acquisition of a symbolic hotel in Bucharest
• Advising a Swiss company in relation to the acquisition of a 9,000 sq. m plot of land located in the central part of Bucharest
• Providing legal assistance to a leading German agribusiness in relation to the acquisition of approximately 900 hectares of land in the western Romania
• Transaction assistance to an important Italian agribusiness in relation to the sale of approximately 3,800 hectares of land in the western Romania, in a transaction of approx. Euro 30,000,000
• Assisting a specialized investment fund in relation to the acquisition of a farming company operating on land leased from the Romanian state
