Alexandra is a Senior Associate within the Tax Controversy team of Băncilă, Diaconu si Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2021.
Alexandra graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest in 2021 and completed a Master’s degree in Tax Law at the same faculty in 2026.
Currently, Alexandra provides assistance and representation in tax audits and in court disputes related to tax matters.
Prior to joining Băncilă, Diaconu and Associates SPRL, Alexandra worked as an Associate in the Dispute Resolution department of one of the largest law firms in Romania, where she was involved in administrative, civil, and commercial litigation, as well as complex enforcement proceedings, particularly in the banking, energy, and agribusiness sectors. Her professional activity also included matters related to public policy and regulatory issues in the education sector.
Alexandra is fluent in Romanian, English, and French.
