Alexandru is a Managing Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar.
Alexandru holds a bachelor Degree in Law with the Bucharest University – Law Faculty (2008) and a Master degree in Business Law with Nicolae Titulescu University (2010).
Prior to joining Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL, Alexandru worked in the litigation and arbitration departments of several top tier law firms in Bucharest.
Alexandru’s expertise covers commercial, civil, administrative and public procurement disputes and also insolvency and enforcement proceedings. He has also been involved in several high profile national and international arbitrations.
Alexandru is also a regular publisher in local and international journals on various topics ranging from civil procedure, arbitration and insolvency law.
