Alina is a lawyer with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2015.
Alina graduated from the Faculty of Law, Bucharest University, in 2015. She also holds a Master of Law (LLM) in Business Law from the University of Bucharest.
Before joining Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL, Alina worked in the Corporate, commercial and M&A department of a reputed local law firm.
Alina has a wide range of experience across corporate transactional and advisory work including in M&A and in particular takeovers, focusing on due diligence reports on the targets, implementation of pre-transaction measures and legal advice on post-acquisition matters. She also assists major clients on a wide range of corporate matters for ongoing businesses, such as share capital increase procedures, change of management and control bodies, transfers of shares, liquidation procedures and legal support in the board of directors and general shareholders assembly meetings.
Her legal assistance covers also matters related to capital markets, having assisted various clients on aspects related to corporate governance and disclosure, majority shareholders’ conduct and protection of the rights of the minority shareholders.
Alina speaks English and Romanian and she is conversational in French and Spanish.
