Ana is a Senior Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2017.
Ana holds an LL.B from the University of Bucharest and an LL.M in European Law from the same University. Before joining Radu și Asociații SPRL, she worked for a law firm, offering both legal consultancy services and assistance before the courts of law.
Ana offers legal advice on aspects of labor law concerning the day-to-day business activity of the clients, including the implementation of working methods able to keep up with both the digital age and labor mobility. Her experience also includes representing clients in court and taking part in data protection and intellectual property projects. Ana speaks English and Romanian.
