Ana is a Senior Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2013.
Ana holds a bachelor’s degree in law with the Bucharest University – Law Faculty, as well as a master’s degree in Tax Law from the same faculty.
Before joining Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL team, Ana was part of the litigation department of a renowned law firm in Bucharest.
Ana provides assistance and representation in court in disputes related to administrative and tax matters. Her previous experience includes providing representation in court in administrative, civil and commercial disputes and providing legal advice in various fields.
Ana speaks Romanian and English.
