Andreea is a Senior Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar as of 2019.
Andreea holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest (2019).
Andreea is mainly involved in tax controversy matters. Her experience includes assistance before the tax authorities during the tax audit and administrative tax procedures, as well as legal assistance and representation in court in disputes related to tax and administrative matters.
