Călin is Director with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar.
Călin holds a Bachelor Degree in Law with the Bucharest University – Law Faculty (2008).
Prior to joining Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL TCDR practice in August 2015, Călin was a senior lawyer with a top tier law firm in Bucharest.
Călin’s extensive practice focuses mainly on tax and administrative litigation, but he is also keen in the fields of civil and commercial litigation, public procurement litigation, as well as insolvency and reorganization litigation. He is also experienced in domestic arbitration, having represented clients in cases in front of the Court of International Commercial Arbitration in Bucharest.
Călin speaks English and Romanian.
