Carmen is a Managing Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2013.
Carmen holds a bachelor’s degree in law with the Bucharest University – Law Faculty, as well as a master’s degree in business law from the same Faculty.
Prior to joining Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL, Carmen was a member of the litigation department of a top tier law firm in Bucharest for 11 years.
Carmen offered legal assistance and representation before courts of justice mainly in civil, commercial, administrative litigations, insolvency procedures and enforcement procedures.
Carmen provides assistance and representation in court in disputes related to administrative and tax matters. Her previous experience includes providing representation in court in administrative, civil and commercial disputes as well as insolvency and reorganization litigation, enforcement procedures and providing legal advice in various fields.
Carmen speaks English and Romanian.
