Claudia is an Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2024.
Claudia graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law of ASE Bucharest and is currently attending the courses of the European Business Law Master Program organized by the same University.
Claudia is a member of the real estate department. She provides legal assistance in various international and local real estate transactions including drafting due diligence reports, structuring the transaction and other post-transactional matters. She also provides legal advice on aspects of corporate and commercial law.
Claudia speaks English, French and Romanian.
