Corina is a Managing Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar. Also, Corina is an authorized tax consultant, member of Romanian Chamber of Fiscal Consultants.
Corina holds a Bachelor Degree in Law with the Bucharest University – Law Faculty and a Bachelor Degree in Economics with the Academy of Economic Studies – Finance, Insurance, Banking and Stock Exchanges.
Prior to joining Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL TCDR practice, Corina was a tax consultant, being part of the tax consultancy team within EY Romania for almost 5 years.
Corina has an unique background being an experienced tax consultant as well as a pleading attorney for several complex tax disputes, having successfully represented before the tax authorities as well as in courts of law major clients activating in various fields such as automotive industry, retail sector, real estate, pharma industry, textile industry.
Corina speaks English and Romanian.
