Cristina is a Senior Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2013.
Cristina holds an LL.B in law from the University of Bucharest and an LL.M in financial, banking and insurance law from Nicolae Titulescu University of Bucharest.
Prior to joining Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL, Cristina was a member of the litigation department of other notable Romanian law firms.
Cristina has significant experience in commercial and insolvency litigation proceedings, enforcement proceedings, as well as in tax controversy.
Cristina is proficient in English, Italian and Romanian.
