Diana is an Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2024.
Diana holds a bachelor’s degree in law with the Faculty of Law, Bucharest University since 2024 and a bachelor’s degree with the French-Romanian Law College of European Studies, University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
Diana offers legal advice on corporate and commercial law, being involved in drafting of various corporate documents and in providing assistance on aspects regarding the day-to-day business activity of the clients.
Diana speaks English, French and Romanian.
