Oana is a Senior Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu si Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2019.
Oana has graduated the Faculty of Law, Titu Maiorescu University, in 2018.
Prior to joining Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL, Oana collaborated with a prestigious law firm in Bucharest recognized for its expertise in consultancy on financing and on complex transactions.
Oana provides legal advice on corporate and commercial law. She is also involved in mergers and acquisition (M&A) projects, prarticipates in “due diligence” reports and provides guidance on a broad spectrum of corporate governance issues.
Her experience also includes representing clients in court.
Oana speaks Romanian and English.
