Dragoș is a Senior Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu si Asociatii SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2020.
Dragoș graduated the Faculty of Law, Babes-Bolyai University from Cluj – Napoca and attended the courses of European and National Business Law Master Program at the same University.
Before joining the Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL team he collaborated with a local law firm that offers both legal consulting services as well as assistance and representation before the Romanian courts, regarding commercial law.
Dragoș offers legal advice on corporate and commercial law. Dragoș has also been advising clients on day-to-day corporate governance matters and he is involved in mergers and acquisition projects, providing assistance in drafting the necessary documents.
His experience also includes representing clients in court in commercial litigation.
Dragoș is fluent in English and Romanian.
