Emanuel is a member of the Bucharest Bar and has offered tax and legal consultancy for over 15 years. He previously occupied a similar position in a Romanian law firm associated to another Big 4 firm.
Emanuel coordinates projects related to the management of tax dispute resolution and litigation. His professional experience covers challenging and suspending fiscal administrative acts, licenses, authorizations, permits and fines imposed by fiscal authorities, litigations regarding various administrative acts, public procurement procedures, commercial disputes, as well as executing and/or challenging enforcement procedures.
Emanuel speaks English and Romanian.
