Gabriela is a Senior Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2017.
Gabriela holds an LL.B from the University of Bucharest and an LL.M in European Law from the same University. Before joining Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL, she worked for several local and regional law firms, offering both legal consultancy services and assistance before the courts of law.
Gabriela offers legal advice on aspects of labor law and data protection concerning the day-to-day business activity of the clients. She focuses on finding and implementing easily applicable solutions for each client depending on the type of business.
