Gabriela is a Managing Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and member of the Bucharest Bar since 2015.
Gabriela holds an LLB from the Bucharest University – Law Faculty and a LLB from University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne – The French-Romanian Law College of European Studies.
Prior to joining Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL, Gabriela worked for almost 5 years with one of the top banks in Romania as well as with a reputed local law firm.
Gabriela provides banking and finance legal advice, her professional experience including, among others, the offer of legal assistance on the digitization of banking services, assistance in the field of payment and credit services. At the same time, Gabriela was actively involved in the legislative process of numerous normative acts with impact on the financial system, drafting proposals and amendments and participating in discussions with relevant authorities (e.g., National Bank of Romania, Consumer Protection Authority). Her collaboration with a top bank in Romania gave Gabriela a better understanding of clients’ business goals, which allows her to offer tailored legal solutions.
