Georgiana is a Managing Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar.
Georgiana holds an LLB from Nicolae Titulescu University – Law Faculty.
Prior to joining Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL, she acted as in-house lawyer for one of the top multinational companies in the milling and bakery industry from Romania and as a senior associate with Paulopol-Necula Law Office.
Her extensive practice includes advising foreign and domestic clients in a broad spectrum of practice areas such as general corporate and commercial law, real estate and consumer protection law, public procurement and infrastructure projects. Georgiana’s practice is doubled by her previously acquired expertise in disputes varying from domestic arbitration to civil and commercial litigation and other administrative lawsuits (including public procurements).
Georgiana speaks English and Romanian and has a working knowledge of French.
