Horatiu is Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and member of Bucharest Bar since 2023.
Horatiu holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, Faculty of Law and a master’s degree from the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Law.
Prior joining Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL, Horatiu worked as a legal advisor for 2 years with non-bank financial institution. He also worked as lawyer in the Banking and Finance department of a reputed local law firm.
Horatiu has gained expertise in financial, commercial and anti-money laundering matters with experience supporting the non-bank financial institution in foreclosure proceedings and insolvency and corporate reorganizations aspects.
He provides legal advice on a wide range of banking and digital law matters.
Horatiu speaks Romanian and English.
