Iulia is a Senior Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and member of the Bucharest Bar since 2023.
Iulia holds a bachelor’s degree in law with the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest (2021).
Iulia is mainly involved in tax controversy and dispute resolution cases. Her experience includes assistance before the tax authorities during the tax audit and administrative tax procedures, as well as legal assistance and representation in court in disputes related to tax and administrative matters.
She speaks Romanian and English.
