Iulian is an Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2021.
Iulian holds a Bachelor Degree in Law with the Bucharest University – Law Faculty (2021).
Iulian is mainly involved in energy and natural resources projects, conducting, inter alia, due diligence reports, specific regulatory analysis, drafting and reviewing complex contracts. He also offers legal advice on corporate and commercial law.
Iulian speaks English and Romanian.
