Larisa is a senior lawyer at Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar.
Larisa graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest, where she also completed the master’s programme in Public Procurement, Concessions and Public-Private Partnership.
During her undergraduate studies, she participated in numerous academic competitions, achieving outstanding results such as First Place at the National Moot Court Competition in Constitutional Law and First Place at the Hexagon of Law Faculties – the most prestigious academic contest among the member law schools of the Hexagon network.
She later expanded her training through postgraduate studies in Business Tax Law at the Faculty of Law of the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, as well as a master’s degree in European and International Tax Law at the renowned Lund University School of Economics and Management (LUSEM) in Sweden. LUSEM is one of the few business schools worldwide holding all three major international accreditations – AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA – known as the “Triple Crown”, a distinction that grants its programmes global recognition in both academic and professional environments. It is also ranked among the top 100 business schools in Europe in the Financial Times European Business School Rankings.
Larisa is a PhD candidate and teaching fellow at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest, where she teaches seminars in Constitutional Law, Political Institutions, Legal Methodology and Non-contentious Administrative Procedures. Alongside her academic activity, she regularly publishes scholarly articles in prestigious legal journals and is an active participant in national and international conferences.
