Larisa is a Senior Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2018.
Larisa graduated from the Faculty of Law, Babeș-Bolyai University, in 2017. She also holds a Master of Law (LLM) in Private Law from Babeș-Bolyai University.
Before joining Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL, Larisa worked in the Corporate and M&A department of a reputed local law firm.
Larisa has a wide range of experience across corporate transactions, including both domestic and foreign M&A transactions, complex restructuring and reorganization projects and general advisory work related to a broad range of business matters.
Larisa speaks English and Romanian, and she is conversational in Spanish.
