Laura is a Senior Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar.
Laura holds a bachelor Degree in Law with the Bucharest University –Faculty of Law (2011), part of her studies being conducted at the Erasmus School of Law in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Laura also holds a Masters degree in International Arbitration with the Bucharest University – Faculty of Law (2016).
Prior to joining Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL, Laura was part of the litigation and arbitration departments of several top tier law firms in Bucharest.
Laura has a diverse professional experience that includes commercial, civil, administrative and public procurement disputes and also enforcement proceedings. Laura was also involved in several complex international arbitration proceedings, organized under the rules of ICC Paris or SCAI (Switzerland) and represented clients in front of arbitral courts in Paris and Wien.
Laura speaks English, French and Romanian.
