Magda is a Senior Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar.
Magda holds a Bachelor Degree in Law with the Bucharest University – Law Faculty (2010), which also included a semester at the Maastricht European Law School in The Netherlands, within Erasmus Program.
Also, Magda holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics with the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies – International Economic Relations (2011).
Magda is mainly involved in tax controversy and dispute resolution. Her previous experience includes consultancy activities, as well as assistance and representation in administrative and fiscal law, commercial law, insolvency litigation.
Magda is proficient in English and Romanian.
