Mădălina is a Senior Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2017.
Mădălina holds a Bachelor Degree in law from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest (2017).
Prior to joining Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL, Mădălina was a member of the litigation department of a top tier law firm in Bucharest for 3 years, providing assistance and representation to clients in disputes related to civil, commercial and labour law.
Mădălina is mainly involved in tax controversy and dispute resolution. Her experience includes advising and representation in commercial (public procurement procedures), administrative and fiscal disputes, insolvency and enforcement proceedings.
Mădălina speaks Romanian and English.
