Mihai is a Senior Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu & Asociații and a member of the Bucharest Bar.
Mihai holds an LLB from the Constanta University – Law Faculty (2016), a LLM from University Paris II Panthéon-Assas (2017) and a LLM from Bucharest University - Labour Law and Industrial Relations.
Prior to joining the Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL team, he was a Senior Associate in the Litigation department of one of the largest local law firms.
Mihai has acquired significant experience in the area of administrative, commercial and labor disputes through the major projects in which he has been involved in recent years.
At the same time, he represented clients before the ECHR, in particular in disputes in the field of special laws for the restitution of abusively taken properties.
In addition, he is actively involved in the development of the urban planning dispute practice (issuance of administrative acts, suspension, cancellation of acts etc.).
Mihai is proficient in English and Romanian.
