Mihai is an Associate at Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and member of the Bucharest Bar since 2022.
Mihai graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest and from the Master's degree courses in "Criminal Sciences" organized by the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest.
Mihai is involved in legal consultancy projects in areas such as public procurement, structuring and implementation of EU-funded projects, state aid, commercial and corporate law.
Mihai speaks English and Romanian.
