Otilia is a Senior Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2020.
Otilia has graduated the Faculty of Law, Bucharest University, in 2020.
Prior to joining Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL, she collaborated with a local law firm specialized mainly in commercial litigation.
Otilia offers legal advice on corporate and commercial law. She is also involved in mergers and acquisition (M&A) projects, preparing “due diligence” reports and providing assistance in drafting the necessary transaction documents.
Her experience also includes representing clients in court.
Otilia speaks English and Romanian.
