Raisa graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest, as well as the Master’s program in Urban Planning and Territorial Development Law within the University of Bucharest.
Prior to joining the team of Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL, Raisa was part of the litigation department of several prestigious law firms in Romania.
Raisa has significant experience in litigation, both in the area of administrative and tax disputes, as well as in civil, commercial, and public procurement matters. She also has experience in domestic arbitration, representing clients in cases before the International Commercial Arbitration Court in Bucharest.
She speaks Romanian and English.
