Raluca is an Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2023.
Raluca holds a Bachelor Degree in Law with the Bucharest University – Law Faculty (2022), as well as a Master’s degree in Tax Law from the same Faculty (2023).
Raluca is mainly involved in tax controversy and dispute resolution. Her previous experience includes providing representation in court in administrative, civil, insolvency, commercial disputes and providing legal advice in various fields.
Raluca is proficient in English and Romanian.
