Raluca is a Managing Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar.
Raluca holds an LLB in law with Titu Maiorescu University and an LLM in business law with the University of Bucharest. In addition, Raluca also holds an LLB in finance & banking with the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies and an LLM in corporate finance with the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies.
Prior to joining Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL, Raluca worked in a prestigious law firm and as an in-house legal counsel for the largest oil and gas integrated group in the SEE region and an electricity distribution system operator part of an international group.
Raluca has extensive experience in various areas of law, focusing on energy & natural resources and environmental law.
Raluca advises a variety of clients in the energy field, including producers, distributors, suppliers and project developers in relation to various regulatory aspects, such as incentives schemes, permits and licenses/authorizations, as well as contractual matters.
Raluca is also experienced in environmental and other permitting matters and covers a large variety of waste management matters.
Raluca speaks English, Spanish and Romanian.
