Răzvan is a Senior Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of The Bucharest Bar since 2020.
Răzvan holds a bachelor’s degree in law with the Bucharest University – Law Faculty (2019) and a master’s degree in European Union Law at the same university (2020).
Additionally, he attended the Level I Psychopedagogical Module courses at the University of Bucharest, which he graduated from in 2018.
Before joining the team at Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL, Răzvan was involved in projects both in the consultancy area and in litigation, across various practice areas: civil law, commercial law, copyright law, trade of movable cultural goods, administrative litigation, insolvency, and public procurement.
Răzvan has gained significant experience in civil, commercial, administrative litigation, and public procurement through various projects he has been involved in throughout his career.
