Sorina is a Senior Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2017.
Sorina holds an LLB degree from University of Bucharest - Faculty of Law and a Master degree in International Arbitration from the same university. She also holds a Master of Law (LLM) in International Business Law from Tel Aviv University. Before joining Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL, she worked for a regional law firm, offering legal consultancy services in a wide range of areas.
Sorina provides legal advice in the following main areas: corporate and commercial law, compliance & corporate governance, labor law, data protection. She offers legal advice on various legal aspects concerning the day-to-day business activity of the clients. Her experience includes reviewing commercial contracts and drafting corporate documents, preparing due diligence reports, drafting legal opinions, as well as offering legal assistance on diverse matters in various business sectors.
Sorina speaks English and Romanian and is conversational in French.
