Theodor is an Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPARL, and a member of the Bucharest Bar since November 2022.
Theodor holds a Bachelor’s degree in law with the Bucharest University – Faculty of Law (2022).
Theodor is a part of the Energy and Natural Resources team, advising a variety of clients in the energy field. He is involved in various regulatory matters, such as licensing/authorizations, drafting due diligence reports and reviewing complex contracts. Theodor also assists clients in environmental matters.
Theodor speaks English and Romanian.
